Which personal data will be processed?

When you make a purchase in our web shop, Coor collects and processes information about name, email, telephone number, selected restaurant, and pick-up location. The personal data is collected directly from you and in some cases from your employer if your employer is a customer of Coor. We need access to your personal information to deliver purchased service and/or product.

When registering an account in our order portal, Coor collects and processes information about e-mail, name, telephone number and employment number (optional). The personal data is collected directly from you and in some cases from your employer if your employer is a customer of Coor. Registering an account makes it easier for the user to make repeated purchases and also offers the opportunity to change orders and view order history. It is also a prerequisite for ordering catering.

Personal data, provided when purchasing items from our web shop, is stored 600 days after the order has been delivered, after which the personal data is deleted in the system. Mail generated and sent from the system will be deleted after six months.

When registering an account in our web shop, your personal data is saved for 600 days after your last activity. Reminder emails are sent 540 days after the last activity, in which you are informed that you need to log in to your account in order for it, and thus all personal data, not to be deleted.

This means that we are responsible for the processing of your personal information correctly and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
